Day 01 - Arrival in Sri Lanka and Dambulla

Payment Policy

We need to arrange hotel reservation, transport and other things for you even before you arrive. To confirm the booking, a special advance payment of 50% of the total bill should be given and the balance can be paid after arrival in Sri Lanka. All payments must be completed within one day of arrival in Sri Lanka. (The applicable service charges will be added to the transactions.)
Payments made during peak season and special events are subjected to the availability of hotels at that time. We sometimes have to pay the hotel in full to book the rooms. We will inform you in such cases. (Peak Season: January, April, July, August, December)

Payment Method

Cancelation Policy & Refund

If the cancellation is made 50 days prior to arrival, we will refund 100% of your total reservation charge. But only bank charges (transaction fees) will be charged.
✓ 50 to 45 days prior to your arrival, 75% will be refunded from your total reservation charge.
45 to 30 days prior to your arrival, 50% will be refunded from your total reservation charge.
In case of any cancellation made between 30 to 10 days prior to your arrival, we will consider it and try to give you the maximum refund possible at that time. Because we also want to confirm with the hotels.
We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 10 days prior to your arrival. Because by that time, we will have prepared everything for you and are eagerly anticipating your arrival.
No refunds are given for early check-outs or no-show.

Special Notes

The check-in time for hotels in Sri Lanka is normally from 2 p.m. and check-out time is only until 11 a.m.
Check-in for the hotel can be arranged anytime with your flight details for the first day and when you leave the country, you can stay for the time you want to stay according to flight details. This will be charged according to the hotel's procedures.
All the vehicles that we provide are only for transporting tourists and those vehicles are fully insured.
We will provide a replacement vehicle as soon as possible in the event of a breakdown or unavoidable accident.
